About ICF
ICF is an evangelical church located in Moscow, dedicated to strengthening and spreading faith in the Lord Jesus Christ through 'making disciple-makers'. The purpose of this congregation is to know God through Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord and to make Him known through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We accept the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the inspired Word of God and as the authoritative basis for the doctrines to which the church holds.
